Babylonstoren Nocellara Olives with Herbs

Nocellara is a Sicilian cultivar with a firm, crisp texture and a slightly nutty flavour. We’ve preserved the plumpest fruit with wild rosemary, also known as kapokbos, in a melange of brine and our own extra virgin olive oil.
